How to fix it under Safari: "View" -> "Text Encoding" -&

Hi all, I am not an IT expert but just tried the following step that can help you to temporarily fix the encoding problem if you are using the Safari to visit here. :) (Unfortunately you still need to fix this problem again if a new tab is opened)
1. Step: Go to "View" -> "Text Encoding" -> then choose "Traditional Chinese (Windows, DOS)"
