台湾同志运动的策略和途径

背景：台北市曾被美国同志杂志票选为世界上对同志最友善的城市之一。从“彩虹大使”张惠妹到连续10届的亚洲最具规模的台湾“同志”大游行，从当地领导人到民众，无不彰显着台湾对同志群体的友善和宽容。那么，近年来台湾同志运动所取得的成就中有哪些策略和成就值得内地学习？亲友会请来了台湾资深同志活动家喀飞与您一起分享台湾同志运动的点点滴滴。

Background: Taipei has been nominated as one of the most homo-friendly city in the world by U.S. gay magazine. With A-mei performed as the "Rainbow Ambassador" and the Asia’s biggest annual LGBT pride parade celebrated for 10 years, Taiwanese, both leaders and local residents, show plenty of kindness and tolerence. What strategy and tactics can mainland China learn from Taiwan? We have ve invited senior activist Ka Fei to share every single details of gay right movement of Taiwan with you.

现任：台湾同志咨询热线协会常务理事，参与同志运动17年，熟悉台湾同运史与男同志社群文化，关注议题：同志社会处境、爱滋人权与爱滋政策、老年同志口述历史、儿少性权、媒体与污名建构。

Brief intro: Currently being the standing director of Taiwan Tongzhi Hotline Association, Ka Fei has been involved in gay right movement for 17 years. He is accustomed to the history and cultrue of Taiwan LGBT, and mainly focuses on LGBT social situation, AIDS human right and AIDS policy, oral history documenting, children’s sex right, and stigmatization and media study.

经历：台湾同志游行联盟文宣组组长（2007、2008）、台湾爱滋行动联盟成员（2010～）、同志咨询热线协会第一届＆第六届理事长。

Experience:PR director of Taiwan LGBT Pride Parade(2007, 2008), member of TaiwanAidsActions(2010 – present), 1st and 6th standing director of Taiwan Tongzhi Hotline Association.
